Cancellation Policy

We gladly accept cancellations prior to the proof being emailed. Once the proof is emailed, we only offer a partial refund of the price paid less the cost of the printable file version. If after receiving your proof you notice an error, please let us know so we can correct it prior to printing and shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Because the star map prints are 100% custom and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have any issues with your print, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution.
