Cancellation Policy
We gladly accept cancellations prior to the proof being emailed. Once the proof is emailed, we only offer a partial refund of the price paid less the cost of the printable file version. If after receiving your proof you notice an error, please let us know so we can correct it prior to printing and shipping.
Returns and Refunds
Because the star map prints are 100% custom and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have any issues with your print, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution.

Our planetarium software contains multiple catalogs containing millions of stars, planets, and other deep-sky objects. Our propriety software uses the information you provide to ensure the star maps are created 100% based on your specifications without human error.
EASILY FIND A FRAME
Through research, we’ve found that the frames suitable for shipping do not meet our quality standards. We offer standard-sized prints in multiple poster sizes so that finding a frame either locally or online is a piece of cake.
MULTIPLE SKIES
Looking to have more than one event captured on your art? We have two- and three-sky maps available, as well as a split heart-shaped sky incorporating two maps in one love.
